The Ballard model: a family friendly home.

With 174 square feet on the main level that includes a full bath, full kitchen, and washer/dryer, plus 120 square feet in two sleeping lofts, the Ballard model is a tiny home built with a small family in mind. An extra room on the main level functions as a sound deadening mini office or could be reconfigured as a bedroom (or for some other purpose). With beautiful craftsman styling and a highly functional interior, the Ballard model is a welcoming place for two adults and one or two children to enjoy tiny home living.

The Ballard features two dormers, a large skylight, and a custom-built bay window, giving the house an open feeling.

The Ravenna model.

Designed for fulltime living for one to two people (great for a college student) or as a guest suite for a couple.

The Ravenna was designed for simpler interior options, and can be built with a bed on the main floor if desired.

Lifetime roofing, natural cedar siding, and wood windows create a beautiful appearance and lasting quality.

The Fremont model.

The perfect small setting for a home office or artist’s studio.

The Fremont features a small covered porch. The door can be half or full glass.

With two skylights and strategically placed windows, the Fremont allows light to enter from every angle.

The Magnolia model.

Fully handicap accessible, with room for one or two people. Perfect for taking care of an older relative or aging in place.

The Magnolia comes with three-foot-doors and an optional wheelchair ramp.

The large bank of windows give the main living area an open, sunny feel.

The Alki model.

The Alki model sports a different look. Also, the wheels are under the house and can easily hide away when a porch is placed in front. The interior can be filled with all the amenities, a few, or left as a wide open space. Let your imagination begin!

The Wallingford model.

With dormers on both sides of the roof, the lofts are very open and light. This is another family-friendly model with two bedroom lofts and possibilities to sleep on the main level.

The Leschi model.

With a stylish hip roof, the Leschi offers a more aerodynamic profile. The interior can have all the amenities in our other models or only a few. You choose.
