Your Tiny Design Goes Here
Our trailers are engineered for one thing – tiny homes. Your home will sit low inside the framework, giving you optimum safety and stability. High grade steel maximizes strength while minimizing weight.
Your trailer comes with a pre-installed and insulated sub-floor, topped with high grade plywood. This allows you to maximize your trailer’s extra space – and it’s a great head start on your build. We also pre-drill the holes needed to attach your home to the frame, so you don’t need special metal cutting tools.
A solid metal floor can attract moisture, leading to mold and rust. That’s why we use an integrated steel framework coupled with marine grade plywood. A special RV moisture/rodent barrier adds additional protection. We insulate the floor with rigid foam board sealed with spray foam.
Because of its special engineering, you can build over the wheel wells of your trailer. This gives you 12-18 inches of extra width. Because the floor is dropped inside the trailer frame, you gain up to six inches of headroom. You will definitely notice the extra space!
Use any hitch to pull your tiny home, regardless of height. This also means you don’t have to purchase a special hitch to make your load even.
Rated for heavy use, this jack makes hitching and unhitching easier. Because of its placement, you can also build your house as far over the tongue as possible.
Commercial Grade Axles
We use heavy duty axles designed to withstand wear and tear. You can choose from three different types: drop axles, straight axles, or off-road axles. We’ll consult with you to make the right choice.
Your trailer will come with radial tires instead of bias tires. They’re designed for heavier loads and longer distances, wearing down slower than normal tires. Each trailer has electric independent brakes, plus all the necessary lights and reflectors.
Say No to Rust
Your trailer will come with an industrial paint designed to inhibit rust. For maximum resistance, you can opt to galvanize your trailer (submerging it in molten zinc for a complete protective coating). Pricing is $800-$3,500, depending on trailer size.
You can make your trailer a gooseneck or a fifth wheel for an additional $995-$1,800. This can be a great option for larger trailers and provide additional building space. Also, all trailer hitches can be configured to be removable for an additional $995.
Warranty & VIN
Your Seattle Tiny Homes trailer comes with a two-year warranty on the structure and axles. In addition, you receive the trailer’s title and VIN number so you can register, finance, and insure it on its own.
Precisely Personalized for You
After consulting with you regarding your needs and goals, we’ll custom-build your trailer to your exact specifications. We can fine-tune your trailer down to the square inch! Your trailer will be truly personalized to you.
