Approach

Your needs are unique — and so is our approach.

Deciding to live or work in a tiny house is a big step. That’s why Seattle Tiny Homes is committed to a personal, customized approach. We meet with you to discuss:

How you plan to use your home: as a residence, vacation home, backyard cottage for an aging family member or young adult, an office/studio, park model RV, or any other use.

Your needs are unique — and so is our approach.

Incorporating your ideas into your home’s plan, and ensuring that the end result will meet your goals and provide years of happiness.

The best approach for your home’s utilities or choosing to live “off the grid.” We offer a range of options, including fully wired with traditional plumbing and heating, hook-ups for propane, generators, or RV parks, and solar-powered with composting toilets and gray-water systems.

The appearance of your existing home if you would like to match it (if you are using your tiny home as a backyard cottage).

We then develop customized plans based on your unique vision. We collaborate with you at every step, and assist with final positioning of your tiny home at the delivery location.

While you may find other tiny house resources online, very few offer Seattle Tiny Homes commitment to personal, customized service.

“Update since this video: Seattle Tiny Homes is now licensed as an RV manufacturer and dealer.”

Our commitment to quality.

Our goal is to build beautiful, durable tiny houses that will last a lifetime and beyond. Our standards include:

A heavy duty, portable steel platform custom made for your home.

Sheer panels, earthquake anchoring, and hurricane reinforcements (important for driving down a road).

High quality building components (siding, windows, doors) and interior trim.

Screwing and gluing components inside and out (rather than simply nailing) to provide structure and stability when your portable home is transported.

The latest technology to prevent the condensation that would be normal in a small environment.

The durability and finish of a Seattle Tiny Home meets or exceeds the standards you would expect in a high-quality, traditional stick-built house.
